TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR THE EXHIBITORS “BATUMI EXPO 2010”

1. The demands acceptance for participation in an exhibition is possible till April, 22nd, 2010.

2. The catalogue «Batumi Expo 2010», (3000 pieces).
The companies-participants, wishing to place the advertisement into the exhibition catalogue should give ready design in a file of format JPG or PDF, in SMYK, in size 29Х21.50 cm (quantity of pages according to the got area), not later than April, 20th, 2010 on the following e-mails:

In a case of not conformity to the established standard the organization reserves the right not to admit for printing.

3. The name of the company and badges for participants.
The name of the company-participant and the list of its employees should be sent in English, not later than April, 24th, 2010 to the following e-mails:

4. The company-participant stand should be designed before official opening of the exhibition.

5. Dates and the exhibition operating time:
For professional participants: May, 7th, Friday, 11:00 - 18:00
May, 8th, Saturday, 11:00 - 18:00
For all visitors: May, 9th, Sunday, 11:00 - 18:00.

6. The address of carrying out of the exhibition: Square of Europe, Batumi, Adjara, Georgia.

7. Security.
The organizer and security are not responsible for loss at the period of installation and disinstallation during the preparation time for the exhibition: valuable personal things, laptops, plasma monitors, mobile etc.

8. Customs procedure and clearing company.
Delivery, processing of cargoes, customs registration of the exhibition property, catalogues etc. are carried out by the company «Trans Auto» - the general forwarding agent and the customs broker of the organizer of the exhibition «Batumi Expo 2010».
